From Two Mothers to a Global Classroom
Darul Nojoom Academy was founded by Rumaisa U. Abdullah and Aliah Um Noah, two dedicated Muslim mothers and educators who saw a need that kept being overlooked: a space where children could learn both Islamic values and academic skills—without compromise, pressure, or confusion.
What began as a small home-based school has grown into a full K–12 Islamic virtual academy, reaching families across the globe. The vision was simple: to make affordable, authentic Islamic education accessible to every home that wants to raise their children with clarity, structure, and love for the deen.
We didn’t just want to “start a school.” We wanted to solve a real problem that many Muslim parents face:
the feeling of having to choose between strong academics and strong faith. At Darul Nojoom, you don’t have to choose. You get both—delivered with motherly care, deep sincerity, and a commitment to Qur’an and Sunnah.
What makes Darul Nojoom special isn’t just our curriculum—it’s the community.
Parents have told us that Darul Nojoom gave them more than just worksheets and schedules. It gave them peace of mind, knowing their children are being raised with tarbiyyah, sincerity, and compassion—all rooted in the Book of Allah.
Growing Together, Alhamdulillah
From a handful of students to an international learning community, we’ve continued to grow—quietly but intentionally.
We’re now educating children from all over the world, creating a space where young Muslims feel seen, supported, and guided. Whether your child is just learning to recognize Arabic letters or preparing for college, they’ll be nurtured with structure, love, and sincere da’wah.
